My Classroom (2019)

Welcome to my classroom. I have wanted to welcome you here for a while, but starting this new section to my blog has been difficult.

As a teacher, I'm quite familiar with the phrase "begin with the end in mind." It's most often used when designing lessons; a teacher needs to know what students will be able to do at the end of the lesson before putting the pieces of the lesson together. I couldn't begin this blog because I had not yet established my purpose for writing.

So what are my goals and objectives for this blog? They are three-fold:

  1. To provide resources and information to other teachers

  2. To discuss current issues/topics in education

  3. To create networks between teachers

To that end, I plan on writing on various topics, such as tips and ideas for handling "teacher life" moments, lesson plan ideas for English and French, discussions on articles or trends in education, and more!

If you are interested in Education, or perhaps you are a teacher yourself, then I hope you will stick around to read more content, leave a comment, and share with your network!
